Painting Tutorial: Children's Drawing - Sweet Ice Cream House

Course duration :90 minutes, suitable for children aged 4-7. Use simple lines and bright colors to draw a dreamy and lovely ice cream candy house, and start a creative painting journey easily.

Materials needed: Round drawing paper or round cardstock, black double-ended marker pen, marker pens / watercolor pens, pencil, eraser. It is recommended to use paintbrushes with even colors and easy operation to make coloring easier for children.

Painting Steps:

Direct sketching: Use a black marker pen to draw the overall shape of the ice cream house on the round drawing paper, including multi-layer ice cream cones, the main house body, doors and   windows, candy decorations and small fences. Draw bold and smooth lines without pencil sketching to exercise children's pen control ability.

Coloring the main body: First color the ice cream, cream top and cones with soft bright colors such as pink, yellow and blue to distinguish the smooth texture of cream and the crispy texture of   cones. Then color the walls, doors, windows, candy canes and other architectural parts with warm and sweet tones to make the house more lovely.
