二． Filling ink matters needing attention

1、Filling ink before the lack of ink filling effect will be better（ink must ensure the same），it is best to have two cartridges to replace each other.

2、If it is a spongy cartridge, because the ink absorption speed is slow, filling should be as slow as possible and divided into ink（about 2-4cc/time）so that the spongy body has sufficient time to absorb the injected ink, so as to avoid ink overflow caused by color mixing or stain.

3、It is best to wait 30-60 minutes for the spongy body to absorb the ink and exhaust the air before using the cartridge after filling the ink.

4、If the nozzle and the cartridge are one, do not touch the circuit and nozzle on the cartridge by hand when filling the ink, and keep the circuit on the printer and the cartridge clean, so as to prolong The Times of reuse and the life of the cartridge.

三． Color inkjet printer maintenance

1、To keep the printer and the working environment clean,，including the printing paper clean, to avoid dust particles in the environment or printing paper caused by plugging.

2、Once the cartridge is installed, do not remove it from the printer and reload it before it is determined to be replaced,because if the cartridge is removed from the printer, it will make the ink outlet of the air cartridge. After reinstallation, this part of air will be sucked into the printer head, causing blank printer and fatal damage to the printer head.

3、Be sure to turn off the printer before power off, because whether artificial or non-human power off, it is abnormal, please timely restore the print head to the standby position, so as to avoid the printer nozzle solidification caused by plug and form permanent damage.

4、Replacement of ink cartridges must be carried out according to the procedures specified in the User's Manual. Any operation of replacing ink cartridges in violation of the prescribed procedures will cause damage to the mechanical parts of the printer, and also make the printer unable to properly identify the new and old ink cartridges, resulting in the printer can not work normally, affecting the printing effect.

5、Replace old cartridges with new cartridges as soon as they are used up and removed from the printer. Otherwise, if the printer without ink cartridge is exposed to the air for a long time, the remaining ink on the printer nozzle will dry up and cause irreparable damage to the print head.

6、If the ink-jet printer is not used for more than half a year, it should be turned on to check whether the nozzle of the printer is normal. If the ink is broken, please clean the nozzle according to the steps of cleaning the nozzle in the printer instruction until the nozzle is completely normal.
